"Guild Bank Rules"

"Every transaction for deposit & withdrawal is recorded. If you steal, you will be caught!"

Guild members are not required to participate in the Guild's banking system.
If you do choose to participate, please observe the following Guild Bank rules:

  • Withdrawal from the Guild Bank is a privilege, first earned by donating. Period.
  • Only donate items to the bank with obvious value to others.
  • Do not donate items below level 20.
  • Gear and weapons donated should be "greens" at the very least. Avoid donating "grey" gear.
  • Keep multiple donations to a minimum. A entire row of 10 slot bags may tie up valuable bank space.
  • Do not use the Guild Bank as a place to unload worthless goods.
  • All Guild members must first obtain level 20 before they can gain access to the Guild Bank.

  • Each Rank has full access for deposits and withdrawals for the Tab corresponding to one's level. This Rank will also have full access to every Tab below one's level.
  • The first Tab above one's level, is for "viewing only", as one may be about to Rank-up to the next Tab.
  • A character may withdraw ONLY what that same character can use. It is NOT permissible for one character to withdraw items to give to another character. For example: Do NOT use your Main to withdraw for an Alt.
  • Bank items are not to be disenchanted by guild members unless specifically approved by an officer. Donated gear and weapons are specifically for gearing characters, not for levelling enchanting skills.
  • Items withdrawn for the sole purpose of gaining skill points in a profession (such as rare gems) should be placed back into the guild vault, once crafted, for use by guild members and should never end up on the Auction House for personal gain.
  • Reputation turn-ins are in the vault for the benefit of guild members, but as with all items, please do not withdraw if you do not plan to deposit. (For example, feel free to withdraw Sunfury Signets for Scryer rep, but please donate your Marks of Sargeras for the Aldor aligned guildies).
  • Items and materials in the Bank are for members of the < First World Order > guild only.
  • If you need more than one item on a particular day, please ask a guild officer, who will either approve another withdrawal or ask you to wait one more day.
  • Items withdrawn should be for the purpose of improving a guild character's gear, reputation or crafting skill.
  • Items must NEVER be withdrawn for the sole purpose of making gold.
  • The Guild Bank should never be treated as a more convenient or less expensive auction house.
  • Donated Gold is a donation to the Guild. Donated Gold will not be available for personal withdrawal at anytime.
  • Gold accumulated by the Guild Bank, will always be used to benefit the Guild as a whole. It is never used as personal Bank account for any of the Officers.

Violation of these rules can be grounds for disciplinary action including expulsion from the guild. When in doubt, ask an officer or class leader.

These are Guidelines only, and as such they shall be constantly updated as required.
If you feel there is anything missing, or should be adjusted to reflect the best interest of the Guild, please submit your recommendation(s) to Hobobob or any Guild Officer.
